Video game rental service

Went to Proxima Command for my brother's birthday last week. It was a good test cause he and I are Star-Trek-trivia-winning nerds, but the rest of the group were decidedly not. Everyone had a great time. It's not so much an escape room as a bridge mission simulator. We got ourselves blown up a couple times before figuring out a) how everything functioned and how each role supported each other and b) how to function and communicate effectively as a team. In that respect, it was a very successful entertainment and learning experience! And my brother got to say Engage" and "Make it so" a bunch of times. So everyone wins.The concept was well executed especially for the first gen. The systems were all tied together much better than I'd imagined

I went in just to take a look around; the young man behind the counter was very polite in greeting me right away and in offering assistance. While I was looking around I could hear him offer the same customer service to another customer who walked in. When I was unable to find the GameCube games, he was very eager to point them out and ask if there were any games in particular that I was looking for. We then had a conversation about games that brought back memories. Brian was Very helpful and wonderful to talk with. He is absolutely an asset to the store. Thank you very much again Brian for your help.

We recently worked with Lee from Saskatoon Party Rentals for our Wedding at our acreage. I highly recommend working with Lee and his team.The customer service and professionalism was some of the best I have experienced, the communication and follow-up with Lee and his team from the very beginning continued from beginning to end.Lee sent regular communication and updates leading up to our rental, they even checked in days following after our tent being was set up to ensure there were no issues or concerns with the tent or products they delivered. We ordered the complete event package which included the tent, lighting, tables, chairs, tablecloths and dance floor. The tent was beautiful and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was.This was almost our one stop shop, we were able to get additional tables and chairs, a bouncy castle and photobooth from Saskatoon Party Rentals.Saskatoon Party Rentals has a close relationship with Infinity Decor Saskatoon which allowed us to work with both of them to get everything we needed for our wedding down to even the cake cutting tools and wedding cake topper.

Awesome store good variety of items

While very good and very fun. It is more of a video game than a escape room. If knowing that going in, I would probably give it a 5 star, however I was hoping to have to use my brain and try to solve puzzles. Instead I played a Star Trek esque simulator for an hour. Not what I was expecting but defiantly very well made and very fun if knowing that’s what you’ll get.

I walked into this location on my lunch without much knowledge of video games, but knew I was looking for sports games for my son. I was incredibly impressed with the employee. He greeted me genuinely the moment I walked in and was happy to help me and direct me to the right section. He was incredibly polite, and helpful. Went into the Guelph location and the three employees there didn't even raise their head to say hello. Will visit the Cambridge location exclusively now.

We had iPlay Game Theatre come out for my son's 9th birthday party. Moe was unbelievable with the kids (I don't know how you have that much patience) and the kids had the absolute best time. I could not recommend Moe and iPlay more. I would give them 6 stars if I could.We are already planning to book them again for the 10th birthday party! Thanks Moe

Very good customer service. Called ahead and got most of the information I was looking for. Showed up and the person working offered to give me an explanation of the product I was looking to buy. Walked out with the right thing I was looking for. They charged me the wrong amount and I came back with the item and the receipt and they refunded me the over charge without question.

fantastic shop! great customer service, they have a wide selection of the latest new games and great selection of retro\second hand games and they are happy to help you get a game they may not have in the shop. they also carry great stuff like video game themed wallets, key chains, plush toys etc etc. The shop is clean, the employees are very helpful and polite. definitely the best video game store in Cambridge.
